Pre-flight
Brief AI well, set it up, and use it as a thinking partner.
Reinvent how you work as a PM, and own the idea from research to working prototype.
You research the problem, spot the market opportunity, and you're responsible for what ships. But at every stage you rely on someone else to validate ideas you're uncertain of. AI changes that. Now you can explore ideas yourself, without waiting for design or engineering resource. The benefit for the designer and engineer is a prototype instead of a 40-page PRD. AI enables you to reinvent your process and extend your capability with instant skills you'd never have time to learn. The result? You'll ship the right thing first.
No fixed cohorts. Your path starts with a free hour together.
Carry the thinking all the way
You've spent your career deciding what to build and handing it to someone else to make. Then waiting. Sometimes it comes back wrong, sometimes it never comes back at all.
AI changes that. You can research an idea and build a working version yourself, before it ever reaches a roadmap. The thinking was always your strength. Now you can carry it all the way to a real product, without waiting on anyone.
Beginning your mission starts with a diagnostic: a free hour with me, one to one. We map your path through the course, what to skip, what to go deep on, the version that fits you. You come away with a personal report whether you go on to the course or not.
This is the PM track, built around what you already do. You bring one idea, anything from an app to a service, and take it all the way to a working product of your own. We follow the Double Diamond you already know, with AI at each stage.
Here's the shape of the journey, kept light. The full lesson list lives on the curriculum.
Brief AI well, set it up, and use it as a thinking partner.
Rebuild how you validate an idea around AI, and create personas you can actually interview.
Use Claude Design to make it real on screen: an identity, a tone of voice, a landing page and a design system.
PMs go deepest on the design and UX craft here, the part furthest from the day job.
Prototype with AI, then take the best through to a working proof of concept.
After each session it emails you a branded deck in your own words: where you are, what you've cracked, what to focus on next. It reflects back what you actually said, not what it thinks you want to hear.

Real decks already sent to students, names and identifying detail removed.
Thirty years building products, alongside you at every stage. I review your work myself, and you've got me on WhatsApp throughout, so you're never stuck waiting.
Direct on WhatsAppA personalised AI set up just for you. It tracks your build and emails a branded deck after every session, in your own words, so you always know where you are and what's next.
If one of these sounds like you, you're cleared for take-off.
Product managers who want to build and try out their ideas themselves, instead of only writing them up.
For anyone tired of the gap between deciding what to build and seeing it exist.
Never touched AI, or dabbled and found it frustrating? We'll decode it together until you've mastered it.

I've spent 30 years building products, in-house and on the tools, at Microsoft, Channel 4, Sainsbury's, NatWest and E.ON, across research, definition and delivery. For the last two years I've rebuilt the way I work around AI, on real 0-to-1 products. You're learning what I actually do, from someone still doing it.
All seventeen lessons across four stages, and you build your product as you go, with live check-ins from me at every stage.
I'm finalising the first intake. Join the waitlist and you'll be the first to hear when enrolment opens.
Places are limited, since I work with each person directly.
Bring one idea and leave with a working product of your own.
